Washing Line

Geording’s plastic washing line is designed for plastic films, PP woven bags, jumbo bags, PE film, PP film, plastic scraps, plastic containers, and plastic bottles. Through crushing, washing, dewatering, and drying processes, the line removes dust, mud, sand, oil, labels, paper, and other contaminants before pelletizing.

A plastic washing line is an important pretreatment system for plastic recycling. After washing, materials must be dewatered and dried to reduce moisture content and improve feeding stability into the extruder. This is especially important for PE film recycling, plastic film recycling, jumbo bag recycling, and agricultural film recycling, where lightweight materials can easily tangle and retain moisture.

Geording provides plastic washing line configurations based on material type, contamination level, processing capacity, and downstream application. The line can include plastic crushers, washing equipment, dewatering machines, squeezing machines, drying systems, and conveying equipment, and can be connected with a plastic recycling pelletizing line.
