Plastic Recycling Machine

Based on material type, moisture content, contamination level, processing capacity, and pellet application, Geording provides suitable configurations including single-stage, two-stage, force-feeding, die-face cutting, water-ring cutting, and strand cutting systems.

A plastic recycling pelletizing line generally includes material feeding, extrusion, degassing, filtration, pelletizing, cooling, drying, and conveying. For PE film and other lightweight materials, stable force feeding helps maintain consistent processing. Materials with higher contamination, printing ink, or volatile content may require a two-stage pelletizing system, while cleaner factory scraps, regrind, and molding scraps can be evaluated for single-stage processing.
