Plastic Recycling Machine

Based on material type, moisture content, contamination level, processing capacity, and pellet application, Geording provides suitable configurations such as single-stage, two-stage, force-feeding, die-face cutting, water-ring cutting, and strand cutting systems.

A plastic recycling pelletizing line generally includes material feeding, extrusion, degassing, filtration, pelletizing, cooling, drying, and conveying. For PE film recycling or lightweight materials, stable force feeding is important. For materials with higher contamination, printing ink, or volatile content, a two-stage pelletizing system may be more suitable. Cleaner factory scraps, regrind materials, and molding scraps can be evaluated for single-stage processing.
