Engineered with a low-speed, high-torque design, our quad-shaft shredder utilizes synchronous shearing and recirculating shredding technology to repeatedly process bulky or mixed waste down to a specified size, ensuring uniform and consistent output. Equipped with an interchangeable screen system, the discharge sizing can be adjusted to meet diverse material specs, making it ideal for plastics recycling, RDF/SRF production, manufacturing scrap, industrial waste, and bulky municipal solid waste (MSW). Featuring replaceable cutters, external bearing protection, a heavy-duty welded chassis, and a PLC-controlled auto-reverse system, this machine minimizes maintenance overhead while maximizing operational reliability during continuous, heavy-duty cycles.

Interchangeable Screen System
